Participants, typically school teams of three, engage in a series of virtual sessions, including live discussions, recorded modules, and reflective activities. These sessions cover essential topics such as appreciative inquiry, change management, and social-emotional well-being, providing school leaders with the tools needed to drive meaningful engagement and positive change in their educational communities.
